Microsoft 365 | Missing Teams, Sharepoint, Intune, or OneDrive Data
Updated over 3 months ago

Suppose you have configured your Microsoft 365 Inspector but are seeing limited or no data on your Microsoft 365 Inspectors. In that case, it is likely that you have not enabled the Applications Based Permissions toggle.

You can only surface Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Intune data in the Child Inspectors if the Parent Inspector is configured as follows:

  • Enabled Application-Based Permissions is toggled on.

  • Each of the respective checkboxes is checked below the Features section.

  • Sign-In with the Microsoft Sign-In button.

  • Save the inspector.

This setting, and its subsequent Features application options, enable Liongard to use application permissions via Microsoft Partner Center across child tenant environments.

While optional, this configuration is necessary to surface certain data points related to mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint within Microsoft 365 Child Inspectors.
