This article walks through the steps to reset your Liongard Billing Portal password. If you’re unable to sign in to the billing portal, have forgotten your password, or are not receiving reset emails, follow the guidance below to quickly restore access.

The Liongard Billing Portal is used for:

  • Viewing and downloading invoices

  • Managing billing contact details

  • Reviewing subscription and payment information


Why Does This Happen? 🤔

You may need to reset your billing portal password due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Forgotten or expired password

  • First-time login to the billing portal

  • Password reset email missed, filtered, or expired

  • Change in billing contact or email address

  • Security-related lockout

ℹ️ Note: The Liongard Billing Portal uses a separate authentication system from the Liongard application platform.


How to Reset Your Billing Portal Password 🔄

Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Portal

Open the Liongard Billing Portal using the updated login URL:

Step 2: Start the Password Reset Process

  1. On the login page, select Password Reset

  2. Enter the "Username" associated with your billing account

  3. Submit the request

Step 3: Complete the Reset via Email 📧

  • You will receive a password reset email

  • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder

  • Ensure emails from Liongard are allowlisted

  • Confirm you’re using the correct billing email address

When to Contact Liongard Support 🦁

Contact Liongard Support if:

  • You cannot access billing after a successful password reset

  • The billing portal is inaccessible or returning errors

  • Facing any other technical issue

🚨 Important:

For security and access-control reasons, the Liongard Support team has limited visibility into partner billing and account details and cannot directly reset billing portal passwords.

Billing and account-related requests are handled by the Liongard Billing team or your assigned Account Manager. If you contact Support for a billing or account issue, the request will be redirected to the appropriate billing or account management team to ensure proper handling.
