Submitting Feedback in Liongard

The Liongard Ideas Portal has been replaced by a new in-app feedback form making it easier to provide feedback directly from your Liongard instance.

To submit feedback, navigate to the Support dropdown menu and select “Share your Feedback”. This will open a form to be completed and sent directly to our product team and there is no limit on the number of feedback submissions per user.

- As a Partner, how will I know when my idea has been implemented?

All new functionality will be documented in the release notes as it is released.

- Are the ideas I’ve already submitted in the Ideas Portal going to be lost?
Any ideas that have been previously submitted in the ideas portal will not be lost. We have records of all the prior ideas that have been submitted and will continue to refer to that list as well as the feedback that comes in via our new in-app form.

- As a Partner, who do I reach out to find out the status of my feedback?

The best way to know if your feedback has been reviewed is by speaking to your Account Manager.
