If users in Liongard are having issues logging into the platform you can use the below steps to get them logged back in.
Steps:
Navigate to Admin > Users in Liongard
From here, you can select the padlock icon to reset users' password
This should allow any users to be able to log into the platform once more. If the user still has issues logging in, you can reach out to support for further guidance.
