While setting up SSO for the first time it is recommended to add a user to the SSO exclusion list in case any issues that arise during configuration.

Steps:

  • Once you are ready to enable SSO you will notice a section on the security page for SSO Enforcement

  • After Enabling SSO you will need to enable enforcement for your user. From here, you will be able to add at least 1 user to the exclusion while you test your SSO configuration

Outcome: Adding a user to the exclusion list will allow you to login and reset SSO in case any issues arise during the configuration

Alternatives: If you run into an SSO issue before you were able to add an exclusion you, you can reach out to support for further assistance.
