Single-Sign-On (SSO) | How to setup a bypass account?
Updated over a week ago

A bypass account may be needed in case of a "break-glass" situation, or for customer accounts that will not have SSO setup in your system.

  1. First, click your name in the top right, and company settings:

  2. Next, click security, and you should be on the SSO tab:

  3. Then, on the bottom right of the SSO page, you should see the enforce setting, along with the exclusion section. Click the link for the number of users excluded to exclude users from SSO enforcement:

  4. Add the users you wish to exclude, and click save:

The selected users will now be excluded from SSO enforcement. For more information, please visit our Single Sign-on documentation.
