If you would like to disable the Liongard support account from being able to login to your instance without your approval, please following these steps:

  1. Login to your Liongard instance with an account that is a global administrator, navigate to your name in the top right, then select Company Settings

  2. From here you will select security on the left hand side

  3. Once here you will select the “support settings” section

  4. At this time, you can toggle the support accounts access to your instance

Disabling the support login will stop the support team from logging into your instance. You can always re-enable this option while you work with support on any issues you may be facing.
