If a ticket is in the Liongard "Closed - Complete" status for seven days and the condition to trigger the alert resurfaces, this original ticket will stay closed and a new ticket will be generated. Otherwise, if the condition triggers again within seven days of closing the ticket, Liongard will reopen the ticket.
