Problem: Alerts that are believed to be closed are showing in the Open Alerts table.
Steps to Resolution
This is most commonly a result of including your True Closed Status (The status you put your PSA tickets in when no more work is needed on them) is imported into Liongard as a custom status.
Go to Admin > Integrations > Select your PSA > Ticketing. From here, check your status mapping. Ensure that your company’s True Closed status is mapped to the Liongard True Closed Status of “Closed - Complete”
Outcome: Closed Alerts will no longer appear in the Open Alerts table.
