If you have taken steps to enable IP restrictions and are attempting access one of our Integration instances, such as IT Glue, ConnectWise, Syncro, etc.., it is possible that the Inspector and integration will fail.

If this is the case, you will need to allow several systems to be on the list for Liongard's integration and for Inspectors to continue to function.

Steps to remediate
In Liongard, select your name, in the upper right-hand corner, and select Account Settings.
Then, navigate to the My Liongard Instance section
From the list below, add the Application IP Address, Integrations IP Address, and URL to the specific Integration's allow list to bring systems back online
