Problem: IT Glue Flexible Assets incorrectly syncing.
Steps to Resolution
Go to: Admin > Integrations > IT Glue > Flexible Assets

If the asset you are troubleshooting has the following error:
If you see this error, click the troubleshooting dropdown, then either Repair Mappings or Force Repair Mappings:

Then try re-running the inspector in question.
You may also need to delete, then repair the mappings. To delete a mapping, scroll to the bottom of the flexible assets page and click Remove Mapping:

Once the mapping is removed, repair the mappings, then re-run the inspector in question.
If only one environment is impacted, you may need to check the environments tab of the flexible assets screen and verify the environment toggle is enabled:

Once verified that this toggle is enabled, re-run the inspector in question.
