Problem: The inspector will not run due to this error, which is generally a configuration issue.
Steps to Resolution:
Navigate to the Inspector's Edit screen by clicking the three dots next to the Inspector's name, and click Edit. Scroll down to the Subnets section. Here, you will want to make sure that you are inspecting something such as 192.168.1.1/24 (if there is a 0 at the end, such as 192.168.1.0/24 it can cause issues). Re-entering the IP address and saving usually fixes it.
If that doesn’t resolve it, also be sure that you are only inspecting one subnet at a time. If there are multiples, de-select them and then run the Inspector with the one subnet inside of the Inspector.
Outcome: Re-running the inspector should now complete without error.
Alternatives: If the above still results in a failed Inspection, please contact support for further troubleshooting.
