N-Central | Inspector Failure: "Problem calling"

Problem: N-Central inspectors will sometimes fail to the following: “Problem calling”. This issue is caused by an expired password.

Steps to Resolution

  1. Change your N-Central Liongard account password.

  2. Regenerate your N-Central API key.

  3. Apply the new API key to your Liongard inspector.

Outcome: The inspection should now land successfully.

Alternatives: Contact N-Central support so that they may retrieve authentication logs. If the issue is not related to an expired password, please notify our support team.
