If partners sign into Liongard and setup a Microsoft Suite Parent Inspector before updating GDAP configurations in the Microsoft Partner Center, the Child Inspectors will fail with a 401 error. This is can be fixed by refreshing the Inspector's Token that was created before updating to GDAP in the Microsoft Partner Center.

​Steps to Resolution

  1. Open an incognito browser and sign into your Liongard instance.

  2. Go to Admin β†’ Inspectors and click on any Parent Microsoft Suite Inspector.

  3. On the Parent Inspector, click Edit under the Actions dropdown.

  4. Scroll down and find the "Open Microsoft Sign-In" button. Click this button and re-authenticate. Do know that if you use an MFA tool, you will need to force a new authorization.
