​To ensure seamless integration between Liongard's IT Glue Pro Sync feature and IT Glue, you may need to allowlist specific IP addresses.

Allowlist IP Addresses for IT Glue Pro Sync Integration

To allow Pro Sync to communicate with your IT Glue account, add the following IP addresses to your allowlist:​

  • 104.40.85.174​

  • 104.42.99.134​

Steps to Add IP Addresses to IT Glue's Allowlist

  1. Log in to IT Glue:

    • Access your IT Glue account using your administrator credentials.​

  2. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.​

    • Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.​

  3. Access Security Settings:

    • In the Account Settings menu, choose "Security."​

  4. Modify IP Restrictions:

    • Locate the "IP Access Control" or "IP Restrictions" section.​

    • Click on "Edit" or "Manage" to adjust the settings.​

  5. Add Pro Sync IP Addresses:

    • In the provided field, enter the IP addresses listed above.​

    • Ensure each IP address is on a separate line or follows the format specified by IT Glue.​

  6. Save Changes:

    • After entering the IP addresses, click "Save" or "Update" to apply the changes.
